Details on John Kerry/Earth Day in Houston tomorrow?
Too far for me to come but I'm curious what type of venue it will be and what kind of press it's getting in the Chronicle.

1. Funny that Kerry is spending Earth day in the country's most polluted city
also funny that it is Houston! Sweet irony, I love it.

3. Are you going, Lisa?
I'm at the Galleria and I think I'll head over there for lunch. Although I've got to be back for a 1:30 meeting :(

4. I don't think I can make it:-(
OUr office is all being trained on a new computer system, so as 1/3 of us each go for class, that leaves us understaffed. I don't think I could even ask to take a 2-3 hour lunch break. In addition, rumor is that Howard Dean *might* make an appearance.

One email I got mentioned the possibility of another event later in the day. It may have to do with his final schedule. If there is a later event, I'll definitely be there.

5. If you confirm that there's a later event, would you please post it here?
That would be more convenient for me as well. ;)

7. Think they'll take a post dated third party out of state check?

Man that sucks...I'll just have to hoof it over to U of H and see what I can. (I'll bet that it starts late and I'll have to leave about 30 seconds after he starts speaking) :eyes:
