Sit with the Vast Left Wing Conspiracy at our 10-top for the Turn Texas Blue event in Galveston January 7th. P and Mrs Dittie, WestHoustonDem, myself, Rachel Van Os, and a few other Houston area friends will be at our table. It's going to be a great event! The event WILL sell-out, and there is no guarantee of a good seat unless you have a table reserved! We're going to have a great time! :party: :woohoo: :bounce:

It is at the Moody Gardens Hotel, and I hear the food is excellent there! The lineup of speakers is not 100% set yet, but Jim Hightower will be there, along with Nick Lampson, Shane Sklar, and Charles Soechting, plus Leo Gerard, who I have been told is a fantastic speaker, and not to be missed! The headliner is yet to be announced, but the lineup as is sounds great to me! John Edwards was to be headliner, but had a conflict, but he will be appearing by video, and Soechting is in talks with other major national names, including Howard Dean and Tom Harkin.

We're going down for the SDEC meetings, which begin about noon, and staying overnight after the rally as well. So I maybe not be able to pck you up but we'll make sure someone can.

Southwest has flights fro $49 each way. The cab/Limo was going to be an additional $30. I haven't committed to flying or driving. If I can count on a ride it may shift tip the decision. Can I let you know tomorrow?

6. If you send the money to the headquarters, you will be buying a

ticket from them. In order to sit at our table, you'd have to pay me, because I already paid for the table. If you already sent the check, maybe you can ask them to get it back, and buy from me? Otherwise, we'll see you before and after the event, including keeping our after-party tradition going!:-)
