3. yep, it stinks
the expert only got to see 10% of the votes & if cuellar lost over 100 votes with that small amount, well, HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wanna guess how many more he would have lost if the expert had reviewed ALL of the votes?

the judge stated that they were only supposed to look at a "sample" anyway, but his order makes no reference to a sample. hopefully, the court of criminal appeals will see things differently. for now, tho, we're stuck w/cuellar.
