Give him your support!! I'm not a member of his campaign and can't vote for him - I'm a resident of Georgia - but I've known him for a long time and he would be a great, great representative for Tennessee. He could definitely capture a significant portion of the youth vote. The 1st hasn't sent a Democrat to the White House since the Civil War, but perhaps that can change this year!

If there are any of you with East Tennessee connections, see what you can do to support him.

I live here in the 1st district and I am going to do everything I can to help him campaign for office. We have a horrible repug congressman right now that really needs to just go away. East Tennessee is turning bluer by the day and I hope that Rob gets elected.
On another note, I have seen Rob play a few times and he has a pretty good fan base around here. He is pretty well known, and it shouldn't hurt him that he has no real political experience. David Davis is our current congressman and he is a former respitory therapist. He is also and idiot, to be blunt. He has riled a lot of people around here with his ignorant votes on certain issues.
