Do We Have a Good Chance Of Taking The South Carolina Governorship?
I realize that the Repub Governor Mark Sanford is very popular, but I also understand that he isn't running again (?) Rasmussen will be doing a poll on the So. Car Gubernatorial race later this week. Keep your eyes peeled for the poll-- and meanwhile, tell me what you think about us putting a Democrat in this office.

1. A definite possibility
Sanford has strong pockets of popularity but has not established good relations with the legislature.

South Carolina has just recently had its credit rating downgraded from AAA by one of the rating agencies, Standard and Poor's. This is not a good thing to have on your watch. And the Republicans are in control of the legislature as well.

2. He will be Beasleyized
Even though SC is a red state if state politicians rub the citizens the wrong way they will not be afraid to turn on them. This is what happened to Gov Beasley and I've heard Democrats and Republicans say the same for Sanford.

Just who will win the Democratic primary - Moore or Willis I do not know.
