Did anybody notice whether SC ballots say Democratic Party

or Democrat Party? I didn't notice, and am fairly alert, so it was probably written right (or maybe they left off "party," which would also make "Democrat" ok) but on the Richland County site, they have it the ignorant freeper way:

1. Hello homie

I'm from Columbia, but I currently reside in the upstate. In my precinct (Rock Hill) each candidate had their party affiliation next to their names on our new electronic voting machines.

BTW, I was told to remove my "Veteran for Kerry" button while in the precinct. I have been voting in SC, Richland County (Shandon), since 1976 and I have seen countless people wearing buttons and such for various candidates. Never I have seen anyone asked to remove anything from their clothing like this. Do you know anything about this? Are we no longer allowed our freedom of speech in such places?
