Ban on Horse Slaughter: S. 1915 - SC
Bravo to you all, both of your Senators are co-sponsors for S. 1915, the ban to stop horse slaughter for human consumption. American's don't eat horse meat, but our horses are being slaughtered barbarically and then shipped to Europe and Japan.

The bill is being held up by Senator Cornyn of Texas and Senator Frist of TN.

It would be very helpful if people faxed (even if you aren't from Texas or TN) and please ask them to move the bill along to the Senate.

If you need more information about the foreign owned horse slaughter plants in the US, please go to: http://www.habitatforhorses.org/

The video is very graphic, but you can read about what's going on.
