Pittsburgh is getting Thom Hartmann Radio Show in Evenings

Lynn Cullen announced today that WPTT 1360AM will be carrying Thom's show on delay from 8-10PM probably starting mid-March.

Bad new is that WPTT has to power down it's signal at dusk. Good news is that they are going to switch to 910AM in the future to get a stronger signal. That won't happen till probably next year according to a recent Post Gazette story.

Now if we could just get Air America and/or Ed Schultz! Plus get John McIntyre a permanent show!

Maybe some letters to WPTT would work to get John McIntyre his own show :shrug:.

They could dump Jerry Boyer for instance.

2. They'd probably have to drag Bowyer out kicking and screaming

I'd love to give McIntyre the afternoon drive time - he'd be great in that slot.

And barring that, why not Randi Rhodes or Ed Schultz live?

Lynn did say that they decided to pick up Hartmann since they were getting a lot of listener feedback.
