1. Very ecclectic, scenic,

artsy town. Lots of knick knack shops and stuff. Very gay friendly. I only say that because it's become part of local folklore and you may as well know.

3. Confusion Reigns

There is some confusion. The question was not about the town of New Hope in Bucks County PA. The question was about a Christian treatment organization that is headquartered near Hamburg PA in Rehrersburg. The link in the original post concerns their satellite location in Factoryville, which is near Scranton PA.

I've seen pamphlets for this organization in my church, but I don't know anything more about it than you find on their website.
