http://www.ifesbuyersguide.org/detailtest.php?id=2&title=Services&subtitle=Se_Admin_CommunicationsI'm not a computer expert. I have all I can do to figure out the intricacies of my home PC. I'm in Luzerne Co. and I plan to find out exactly what my county is doing and planning in order to implement electronic voting and pitch the one-arm bandit system used here.
I posted this info for anybody who lives in Carbon and Schuylkill counties to give you a heads-up. These electronic systems are supposed to be up and running by the 2006 elections so the time to pay attention and ask serious questions is now. All I know is I want my vote and the votes of my fellow Luzerne Co residents to count and correctly.
