Crawford co Pa .Lost cause?

I was moved to volunteer in mercer co though I live in crawford .I was told that crawford was dead.Is crawford co a lost cause? Anyone have any numbers

I'm in Cumberland County and don't know anything about Crawford or Mercer, but Cumberland is 2-1 Republican and we're working flat out.

3. Remember Florida

If a Re-count had been held, Gore would have won by the votes he picked up (and had NOT been counted) in the GOP dominated Counties. While Every state picks electors as opposed to direct election of the President, each state does it by the Majority vote of ALL of its citizens. Thus a Democratic Vote In Mercer is as important as a Democrat Vote in Philadelphia in State wide Elections (Like the Presidency). Thus while Mercer may go GOP, the more democratic votes COUNTED in that county helps Kerry.

Kerry will NOT win Mercer County, but he hopes to win enough votes state wide (including votes from Mercer County) to win the State's Electoral Votes.
