One of the main points made by the attorney making the presentation is that PA. Attorney General Corbett has ignored all requests to investigate and oversee what is happening with the $7 billion Hershey Trust, which was set up by Milton Hershey 75 years ago to fund his school for needy kids in perpetuity.

The attorney making the presentation, Ric Fouad, is an alum of the Milton Hershey School.
