2008 Pennsylvania Absentee Ballot Deadlines HERE

Last day to REGISTER before the NOVEMBER election..................OCTOBER 6
Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot..................OCTOBER 28
Last day for County Boards of Elections to receive voted absentee ballots........OCTOBER 31

Somehow the 2006 voting deadlines were accidentally moved up to the top in another post. The above dates are correct.
