Detailed Analysis of PA vote - estimates Hillary net gain of 18
The following is a new detailed analysis of the vote in PA. Most pledged delegates are allocated by US House District. This analysis projects a net gain by Hillary of 18 pledged delegates. That number could be wiped out a couple weeks later by likely Obama wins in North Carolina and Oregon.

PA-1 going 4:3? That seems HIGHLY unlikely.
