I don't know why, but I was somehow compelled to nominate the Goose Hollow Inn. I have an image of the place wedged in my brain, and I can't get it out. Call it a "beer worm", if you like. Sometimes the only way to overcome such worms is to embrace them fully :D

Also, it's probably the easiest pub to find and get to in Portland, for those who haven't been there. Parking around there is a pain, so just take the Max to where the nice announcer robot says "Goose Hollow."
