1. Did you hear Kulongoskis' press conference?

He said specifically that pets were welcome. Too me, that just showed the humanity of Portlanders.

Also, he sent a gentleman out to get 500 roses to welcome the evacuees.

I know Portland & Oregon will welcome them with all we have.

...if FEMA lets us anywhere near them. Otherwise, we can still send cash from a distance.

I guess they are not coming after all. But I do believe the good people here would have made them as welcome and comfortable here as possible...

The whole FEMA plan has been chaotic and deplorable. They really gutted it. :(

I personally had the trip of my life...I saw two fishers in the wilderness, that alone was worth it...



and about FEMA, yes! They are just a pr firm for our preznut now...
