Can Oregon condemn PGE and force Enron to sell with Kelo decision?
It seems to me there's a compelling public interest in keeping the lights on and protecting people from price gouging.

I grew up in Oregon and when I visited and found out Enron bought it was like finding out my high school sweetheart married Ken Lay. Oregon shouldn't be tainted with that kind of business sleaze.

Are Republicans suffering any repercussions for the utter failure and corruption of their core belief of privatizing functions like this?
