In The Columbus Disgrace: 44 Counties Will Break In New Voting Machines
WTF? Fairfield and 40 other Counties will be using new electronic touchscreens from Diebold Elections Systems! This can't be happening! www.dispatch.com

1. When I vote on Tuesday...
...I feel like asking the poll workers in a real loud voice, "SO...JUST HOW DO I KNOW MY VOTE WILL BE COUNTED, ANYWAY???"

Never felt so discouraged about voting in my entire life. But I'll still go.

2. I just voted on
a Diebold machine in rural Lucas County. Democracy doesn't stand a chance. I was very depressed when I left the polling place.

3. Folks left without voting in Lucas County this morning
Machines were not up and running. We hire technophobes to run our elections. Have we just beamed onto Planet Dumb?
