Columbus - A politically connected investment firm lost $215 million in Bureau of Workers' Compensation money, triggering an agency shake-up, a wide-ranging criminal investigation and calls by Democrats for Gov. Bob Taft's recall.

5. Ohio has no recall provision in it's state constitution.

This is at best whistling in the wind and at worst an ignorance of the constitution that elected officials are supposed to operate under.

Taft can only be removed by impeachment. As with the model of presidential impeachments, a majority of the state House of Representatives is needed to impeach an Ohio governor, and then it will be up to two-thirds of the Senate to hold a trial.

"Let's start looking at how we recall Taft," said Senate Minority Leader C.J. Prentiss, a Cleveland Democrat. "The buck stops with him - and he's just lost $200 million."
MORON!

If this putz doesn't know the rules and laws that govern HIS JOB he could at least hire someone who does and is willing to inform him before he opens his mouth and looks like an ass.
