Hardin County Democratic Party NEW FIRST EVER WEBSITE
will be up and running May 9, 2005.

http://www.hardincountyohdems.org

pass the word plz.

They have NEVER had a website before, or mass emailings, or online fundrasing.....nothing like this ever before. Best part is, the republican party up here does not have one. I hope it pisses them off.

May 9, 2005 go sign up or something or just check it out and pass the word along to anyone you know up that way (or down that way) that the Hardin County Democratic party is very much alive and well, just becomming Hi-Tech Redneck. :D

2. Good fer you!
I'll try to remember to go check it when it's up and running. I'm in Auglaize (our party chair endorsed W, got deposed, then joined his true party, the Pugs)

Spent much time in Hardin (ONU alum) -- are ya lonesome for evidence of liberals, too?

peace,
BQ

6. Just a little, but guess what
Since you brougth up ONU, the guy that runs the ONU college dems contacted me to do a website for them. As soon as this one for the county is up and running smooth (still not up yet due to some tech. difficulties) I plan on helping them out some.

PS, you know Judge Pepple? His wife used to be my music teacher. Good people, shame that the BOE officials tried to smear that guy even though he is a pub......but I was told by his wife they aren't fond of W. and his way of things.

I will repost the link as soon as it is up and running for sure.

13. Is Pepple the one they're using to obscure the real scandal?
Don't know him, but Burklo (BOE dir) shit-canned because she let a judge amend his petitions so that she won't be around to be investigated for letting a former ES&S employee have access to the main computer over a weekend in mid-Oct 2004....the BOE is completely befuddled about why Blackwell wants Burklo out so bad. One member quit over perceived ill-treatment by SOS, leaving them wondering whether they can do the upcoming vote on new machines...and Blackwell breaks all ties...

I'm sure if Pepple doesn't cotton to Bush tactics he's on a hit list somewhere...the scary folks seem determined to have the Republican party all to themselves.

Stunned to hear that ONU invited some idiot FAUX pundit as commencement speaker -- didn't hear about it til I saw him on the news spinning the Newsweek/Koran thing. Good luck on getting their site up and running.
peace,
BQ

5. Having some Technical Difficulties with Orchid
Our chair was supposed to have called them last week to request that our site go live and monday was the day they gave him. I hate these initial bumps in the road. Why can't anything work at least a little bit right off the bat?

8. Great job, WLKjr.
And I love the phrase "Changing Our World One Vote at a Time" -- that about sums it up . . . we just have to make sure everyone gets to vote and each vote is counted correctly.

Kudos for you.

9. hey long time no see um
thanks Kukesa...this site was two months in the making, still having a little bit of a hard time driving traffic to it though.

I need to figure out how to get a blog going on it (know how to do it, just got to find time to set it up correctly)....and a guy from ONU wants me to help them with their college dems site.

I wish I saw more people my age around here though that would like to get involved, I feel like a little kid even at the age of 20 compared to the 50+ yrs old crowd that I have to keep in contact with......

10. Very nice!
Now if only the Dems up here in Findlay can get their act together, too. Unfortunately, Findlay's so conservative that I'm not sure it'll happen. I should get in touch with the local party chair and see if they are interested in getting a site up.

11. do that if you can, pm me and I will send you the info that we got
on how to get one up and going fairly quick (week or two at most). I personally want to see everycounty touching Hardin to all be linked together and form a regional democratic effort on the web.
