Medina county dems to hold mock presidential caucus
Dems sponsor mock caucus

Who will Medina County choose as the Democratic Presidential nominee?

Learn about the caucus process at Medina County's Mock Democratic Caucus from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Aug. 25 at the Grace Drake Center, 222 S. Broadway St., Medina.

"Eight Democratic presidential campaign representatives will talk up their candidates before caucus-goers split up into precincts and vote," said Julie Batey, president of Medina County Democratic Women.

8:30am Doors Open & Continental Breakfast

9:15 Candidates' Representatives Speak

10:00 1st Round Voting

10:25 2nd Round Voting

11:00 Winner Announced

Tickets are available at the door. The cost is $15 per person and $25 per couple. Under 18 are free and will receive a non-voting ballot.

2. I went to a mock convention in Oberlin during the last presidential election
it was great fun, and I recommend this particular event. Medina Dems are well organized.
