What's your opinion on Governor Hoeven???

He seems to be a fairly moderate Republican, but I'd still really like an NPL candidate win in his re-election bid, because it seems that not a lot has been accomplished these past few years.

2. I don't know much.

He seems to be pretty much of a behind-the-curtains kind of guy. But I was told that he's a moderate.
