Just a heads up- Vernon Robinson is one of the three:

1. Are we doing anything about this yet or letting the R's burn each other out
from the article:

"Three of the Republican candidates - Vernon Robinson, Jay Helvey and Ed Broyhill - have raised more than $1 million each, according to the latest campaign-finance reports.

On the Democratic side, Commissioner Jim Harrell Jr. of Surry County raised $87,361 in the first quarter for a total of $110,110. The other Democratic candidate, Andrew Winfrey of King has raised $240."

2. I haven't heard of anything yet
It's getting really disturbing seeing all of these Vernon Robinson signs around town. I had thought about starting a blog to start gathering up some info about the top three, but it's still in the idea phase right now.
