It cost $250 to see him and $1000 to get a photo of him with you. If you were a student you couldn't get near him. He was campaigning for Richard Burr for the US senate seat. Protesters were out and about. I just saw this on Greenboro's channel 2 news. No link.
1. Would that count toward a person's $2,000 limit on contributions?
I wonder if they have found another loophole in the campaign finance laws. Pay to see the vice-president. Pay lots more to get a picture with him. Since these were for goods received, would they count toward the two grand limit?
