Pending Governor Purdue's approval, Mrs. Gill will be serving the remainder of Rep. Blue's House term, who moved to the NC Senate to replace Sen. Malone after his death. Be sure to send her a 'Welcome aboard' email once she gets settled into her new position. With her resume, I have no doubt that she will be approved by Purdue.
