Registration/voting request
Please, I am from Ohio. I have an online friend that live close to Elerbe N.C.

He has a serious disability that makes him fearful of leaving his home. But, he wants to register and get an absentee ballot. Can someone get me information for the guy?

Thank you.

1. I think it's too late for absentee, but he can do one -stop early voting.

2. Thank you.
But, I fear he will be unable to do a vote in person due to his illness.

3. He can pull into a designated space and have the
ballot brought out to him. Would this work?

6. If he is not registered, he will need to go to an early voting site.
He can register and vote at the same time at early voting.

If he is already registered, he can request an absentee ballot by mail until the 28th.

7. Thank you so much. I sent him the link.
He says his 84 year old father is having an ethics crisis. He says his dad knows he should vote for "the black man" but he is having a hard time considering it.
