This has to have been the most "quiet" Post-Big-Event ever on DU. Fredda
posted a few pics but, No, None,Nunca, discussion threads in the Lounge or anywhere about what went on.

The Silence is deafening ! Was it a less than "Great Event" ?:shrug:

1. It was an awesome event for me

The first demonstration I've attended in NYC. Two van loads of people from St Louis drove to NYC and we all had a wonderful time. I was energizing to see all those people gathered in the name of peace. I marched with the Quakers since they hosted our group from St Louis. I wanted to march with a Jewish peace group but had no idea where they were, so I stayed with the Quakers.

I was able to see Rabbi Arthur Waskow and got my picture taken with him which was an honor. I respect his work for peace and the environment.

3. I just got back late yesterday and haven't had time yet to

post most of mine. Here are the few I've gotten into Photobucket already. I have a lot more, but don't know when I'll get them posted -- I'm crazy busy at work.
