“Justice Scalia voted to strike down the University of Michigan's affirmative action policies, shorten time between sentencing and executions and allow Congress to overrule an individual's Miranda rights,” Arinze Onugha, co-chair of the Black Allied Law Students Association at NYU, said. “Anyone who knows, and I'm absolutely positive that Scalia does, of the socioeconomic conditions that the majority of Blacks in this country are in should understand how detrimental these opinions are to the Black community in this country.” >Snip
