HB1354 "shoot first" bill

Anyone following this?? I know that the senate voted for it (by a margin of one vote) and that it was scheduled for a vote in February in the house.. I just checked the states website and it looks like its still in committee even though it was scheduled for a vote back in February.. I followed this legislation in Florida and am shocked I missed the boat on this here in our OWN state.. I am trying to find out more on its status.. This legislation is %$#@!$ outrageous so if you don't know about this bill you should look it up..
