Hello Nevada DUers. May I come visit you?

I just found out that I'll be in Las Vegas over Jan 22 at a conference with the hubby (Kevsand.) I'd love nothing more than to meet a few of the Nevada Evil DUers while I'm out there! I figure, a weekend free of the kidlette, and away from home--this is a perfect time to meet some new adult companions!

His conference is at the Alexis Park Resort, and I am assuming it is a decent place--usually this organization picks places that are not too bad. Being Las Vegas, I also am assuming there is someplace to meet up in that general area.

Anybody up for an afternoon meet-up?

1. There is another DU'r who is also going to visit our area about that time.

It's in another thread on the "Nevada" grouping.

Afternoons would be out unless it was a weekend - some of us actually live and work here!

Don't laugh, I actually knew a woman who came home from a trip to Vegas and commented that she was amazed that people DO work days out there! (Some of us in the Midwest don't get off the farm much, I suppose.)

Anyhow, thanks for the heads up about another fellow traveler at that time. I'll look for that other thread and see if we can get something put together. I'd love to meet you guys!
