Amy Klobuchar and Mark Dayton are onboard the Bachmann Boondoggle Express supporting a billion-dollar bridge across a National Wild & Scenic River. In the process, they will gut the Wild & Scenic Rivers Act, setting a precedent that developers and bridge builders will cite from now on when they wnt to despoil a protected river.
