Al Franken wrote that in his statement on the recount.

Anyone hear about polling places running out of registration forms?

I wonder if people were told to wait for more registration forms, or just told that they couldn't vote.

1. It's happened before. Voters would have been asked them to wait,

And they would have been allowed to vote after more forms arrived. I've been the guy who drove more registration forms to a polling place in Minneapolis.
