What time does today's rally start?

I know the gates open at 4:30 but I haven't been able to find the starting time. I ask because two of my friends get off work at 4 and I'm hoping to make it before the rally starts. Thanks.

1. My guess is that they're timing it for the late afternoon newscasts

but I haven't seen any further information.

Just got off the cell phone with my wife who is there with her daughter. She asked if I wanted a t-shirt that said "O'Reilly is Full of Shit" or one with the Monkey holding a sign that says "Will Kill for Oil"
As of 5:30, nothing happening yet.
