My understanding is that Frankens tax problems are administrative not criminal. Franken paid his total tax bill to one state rather than many and he is in the process of getting a credit for what he paid and is dispersing the money throughout all the states rather than just New York.

I believe that a tax evader (see Tax Evaders League) would not be running for congress. The MSM at least has figured that out and has let it go. It was a complete farce by reich wing tools that the idiot msm picked up on and never recanted.
