2. Does he know who's been naughty and nice?

Sorry, that's the first thought I had.

5. Edwards is out
After coming to Minnesota in 30-40 below wind chills, he must have wondered what the hell he was doing in this race...

6. He drops a week *before* Super Tuesday?
I suspect something is going on behind the scenes.

Minnesota Public Radio reported that he spoke to a standing-room-only crowd of 1200 last night in St. Paul.

Edwards is an important voice for most of America (even those who don't seem to realize it). I hope Edwards stays involved, possibly considered for a cabinet position.

7. I'm caucusing uncommitted on Tuesday
It's the only way to let Clinton & Obama know that we're not happy with them.

I think I'll concentrate my efforts on the 3rd District and Senate races.

8. Me too
I want Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer to get a fair shot, and of course, I'll support Keith Ellison, not that he has any serious challengers.

But what a bummer. I suppose we'll have the old political operative types standing up in caucus again and telling us that a vote for anyone but Hillary or Obama is "wasted."

9. Me too.
Either that or I'm going to still caucus for Edwards.

10. In the past, the rules listed in the Official Call say you can only caucus for a candidate
who is in the presidential race or declare yourself uncommitted.

If you go uncommitted and you're a delegate to the next level, you will get constant phone calls from the remaining campaigns. This can be fun as you get to vent about why you're not supporting the candidate whose rep you're speaking to.

12. Let's Make a Deal: Withdraw now and Get First Crack at VP
I would've attended the rally in St. Paul if I hadn't worked 6 hours of (unpaid) overtime on Tuesday.

13. Or first nominee for SCOTUS?
I can dream ... after all, the next president may be filling three seats on the bench in the first four years of office.
