The Republicans must be worried about Patty Wetterling
Mark Kennedy is already running a TV ad. He has someone mention in it that "he won't take away our tax relief". He wears safety glasses in it and looks like a complete geek. This is the first Congressional seat ad I've seen on TV.

I've also heard a radio ad he's running where he, just like two years ago, uses his siblings. So obnoxious.

I absolutely, positively hate those ads with the siblings. They are just not radio people - get off the air!

and im not much for the tv ad either. "the economy was in tought shape, but it's coming back strong!" *fist pump* such an obvious cookie-cutter ad; in fact, it's identical in style to those he ran in 2002.

5. They ARE scared
Kennedy is VERY vulnerable. Patty has out-fundraised him two quarters in a row, and she's got very good name recognition.

Screech has gotta go. THIS YEAR.

6. Patty will wipe the floor with Screech.
Because she negates the Repukes' number one campaign tool: attacks. No one would dare attack a woman who has been such a tireless champion for the safety of children.

I, too, have seen that commercial and fortunately my stomach was empty at the time otherwise there would have been a mess to clean up. That ad is so phony it's pathetic. He's been creating jobs? Where, Screech? Those ones in India and China?
