Stillwater Democrat sets sights on Michele Bachmann
David Francis, a progressive-sounding DFL candidate for Michele Bachmann's Senate District 52 seat, kicked off his campaign in Stillwater last night. A retired Navy officer, Francis took aim at Bachmann's whacked out social agenda first and foremost. He deserves the support of all Minnesotans--not just those in District 52--who want to rid our state legislature of this ugly pestilance known as Michele Bachmann. No website yet but I'll post it as soon as it's available.

do you think she's going to try for the senate instead? i know her congress. campaign has been kind of mediocre so far.

5. Not a Chance

Mark Kennedy is the "annoited one", that primary contest was over before it began. It will not be in 2008 as Normy will be the incumbent and they would want to run him again as he has for the most part fit into the ideal canidate they want in DC (spineless follower).

Now a fallback to her current state senate seat may be possible.

6. I think I know that guy!
Former submarine commander, if I recall correctly. Good guy. I look forward to supporting him.
