Pawlenty AND Kelly at the Wild Season Opener

I can't say enough how amazing the game was... Wild win 6-3 after a scare. I want to share the following with my Minnesota friends.

The lowlight of the night was having to watch not only Tim Pawlenty but also St Paul DINO Mayor Randy Kelly talk. Pawlenty got a lukewarm reception at best. At one point he meant to say puck and he accidentally said F*CK. His wife looked at him really quick as he corrected himself.
I was all excited to see somebody cool say LETS PLAY HOCKEY! and was quickly disappointed to see Governor Feelenty.

Kelly got A LOT of boos... and a couple YOU SUCKS! He is definitely not a well-liked man in St Paul. I'm sure he saw the writing on the wall after that one!

but, of course, blipped the "F"

3. Story blew up last night

While I agree it's pretty funny and a mistake any foul-mouthed person could make, just to think it may have pissed off a few extremist righties makes me happy

"I realized that as I was starting to say 'puck,' other sounds were coming out of my mouth," an abashed governor told reporters Thursday. "It was an unfortunate slip of the tongue. ... It just came out wrong. I apologize for that."
