Called Candace Miller's office to find out her vote. Waiting for a response back. I'm guessing she will not disclose her vote and that it was a vote to change the rule. I think she would have been wise to not vote on it at all after the admonishment she received for the Nick Smith matter.

3. Here's how to write or call Candice Miller

You might want to ask her if her involvement with Tom DeLay in the Nick Smith bribery/extortion scheme is the reason she feels DeLay should be able to keep his job even if he's indicted. Does Candice think she should be able to keep her own job when she's indicted?
