Interns will work alongside staff on customer service and tech support in an internship program developed by the Alternative Energy Store to prepare people for renewable energy careers. Through the program, plumbing and electrical apprentices or students will learn techniques and details for sizing and recommending renewable energy systems to help them become professional installers of alternative energy systems such as solar thermal water heater or solar electrical systems.
