Sunday morning alcohol sales: restaurants only?
WTF????

I just sent my legislators a letter asking them about Sunday morning alcohol sales. Since the state is working on legalizing casinos, and since I can buy cigarettes, lottery tickets, and even porn on Sunday morning, why not legalize the sale of alcohol on Sunday morning?

Apparently one of these casino bills has an amendment that would allow alcohol sales in restaurants. Why stop there?

They just put a tax on alcohol in the last year or so. But they're still limiting the hours on which that tax can be collected?

Did the state's money problems disappear all of a sudden?

1. I thought this already passed. Or is it in the final Casino bill?
I'm sorry, I don't keep up with alcohol sales since I buy enough for a week at a time, and drink at home anytime I want. (Sunday morning, never!!!)
