Anyone looking for a place to live; room for rent, $160/mo in Bellingham, MA

Due to the current economy, my cousin started renting a room in his house for $160/mo including heat/ac/electric, cable & internet, use of kitchen. Smoking is ok; pets ok. Previous tenant just left. If anyone is interested or know someone who might be, PM me for more info. BTW, my cousin is a good liberal; he's not a DUer, but would fit right in here.

My roommate would move in a minute for such a bargain. He gets all that for $500 a month, and he fixes what breaks here, my car, my lights, my bathroom fan, etc. He thinks HE has a bargain!!! And he DOES! (We have a pool in summer and a health club all year for free.)

I won't tell him.

By the way, is this still open? I know a lot of really poor people, but Bellingham is not near anything except Taunton and Rhode Island.
