how to spin the facts

here is a statistic put out by our washington tax experts.
The number of tax filers who claimed taxable income of more than $1 million increased from approximately 180,000 in 2003 to over 300,000 in 2005. The total taxes paid by these millionaire households rose by about 80 percent in two years, from $132 billion to $236 billion.

now if you take the number of people making a million dollars a year(180,000) and you increase it to (300,000) an increase of 120,000 =a 67% increase there isn't that much of an increase in tax burden. now factor in that gas prices skyrocketed, wages were suppressed to 0-3% for the average worker,we entered two wars without funding them 100%. homeless and jobless
figures rose to national highs.
yea the tax system definitely favors the rich! yes we need to increase the national revenue,an who better to pay it than those making huge incomes?
where is Boehner an McConnell's head? up some rich honky's butt!
of course we need increased revenue,we need to grow our way out of this mess washington has got us into!
as you can see the system favors the high earner and is trying to eliminate the middle class.
the truth is as this system proceeds to get stronger the nation gets weaker. we are losing our working class and becoming more an more dependent on foreign goods. Now as a service nation wages will decrease. Of course the lower wage earners will be the first to feel it. But shortly after the lower income earners have no surplus income those on the top will topple.
because no one can afford their service or the product they import! We are getting closer to that tipping point daily.
