Is Kentucky 6 The Election Night Bellwether?

Mason-Dixon confirms that Democratic Rep. Ben Chandler is in a tight race for reelection against Andy Barr. As the closest race in an early reporting state, a lot of people (for better or worse) are going to see this as a forebear of things to come. It's still leaning in Chandler's favor, but it's close.
