Kansans For Fairness Update *Important*

Here is the info I received today. If you can PLEASE get to your closest phone bank this weekend. Also those close to Topeka who have a little time the next few days can PM me if they would so kindly do some door to door for Tiffany Muller who is in a tight race to keep her seat in the city council. We are doing door to door every day until the election.

Early this week Kansans for Fairness received results from a Statewide
survey indicating the upcoming vote on the marriage amendment was TOO CLOSE
TO CALL! We have a very good chance to defeat the amendment.

We MUST have GOTV(Get Out the Vote)callers on the phone Saturday thru
Tuesday.

We will run phone banks at the KFF office at the Ramada Inn from 9AM to 9PM
Sat. thru Tues in approx. 4hour shifts. 9-1/9-5/5/9

PLEASE sign up to hit the phones. All calls are to supporters who have been
IDed, reminding them to VOTE. Your call could make the difference!!!!
Please call the office 235-6660, my cell phone [phone] or email and let me
know what time you will be making calls. We have a chance on this thing
folks, let's not fail cause we didn't make the call.

We have such a bad reputation here. I hope we can win this one on top of the Topeka issue, that would go a long way to changing minds here in the state and in the country. PLUS, it continually stuns me that we would have to fight this. :shrug: Oh well, we will give it out best shot. Equal rights for everyone.

6. An email I received from KFF also said they could provide numbers

for volunteers to call from home. That's another option.
