Ok, a whoremaster is a running a business of sorts. So yes, the employees should have to file W2 forms.

So:
-If your employees don't file W2 forms, they arrest you for that
-If they do file, the arrest you for being a pimp

But if you know already know they're a pimp, then why not just arrest them for that?
