The UI School of Urban and Regional Planning is pleased to present Professor Emeritus Peter Fisher's presentation:

Peter Fisher is research director for the Iowa Policy Project (http://www.iowapolicyproject.org) and a retired professor in the School of Urban and Regional Planning where he taught from 1978 through 2010. He is an expert on state and local budgets and fiscal issues with particular attention to their impacts on human welfare.
