Last request to help rurallib and IA_Seth
We both have candidates who have made the finals of the Harkin Building Blue contest. Voting was extended until June 30th. That is Monday so we need action quickly. Here is some info from a previous post:

IA-Seth's candidate for Iowa house, Gretchen Lawyer (HD36) and our candidate for Iowa Senate, Sharon Savage (SD40) have advanced to the final round of the Tom Harkin building blue contest. Both have now won $2,000. If they win the whole shebang it is worth $5,000 and a campaign mailing. I believe both are first time candidates and really sould use the influx of money.
Sharon Savage is up against some brutal competition including senate majority leader Mike Gronstal and rising stars Jeff Danielson, Swati Dandekar and Tom Reilly. So she really really needs help.
So please help out your friends IA-Seth and rurallib and go here:
http://www.tomharkin.com/action/building-blue
and vote for Gretchen Lawyer for the house and Sharon Savage for the senate. Thank you one and all!

edit to add: I think each email gets a vote, so use 'em all. Thank you.

1. Well I voted for one of your candidates
I voted for Ms. Savage. But I also voted for Elesha Gayman as she lives a couple of miles from me and is already a pretty good legislator. I'll pass your recs along to others though.

2. Well Ms. Gayman is a super young lady
I have met and spoken with her on several occasions. I also know she is right at the top of the GOP's hit list. So good choice Bluz!

Eric Palmer and Tom Reilly.

Who saw that coming? I guess Oskalooska has a bigger activist crowd than I had imagined!

Congrats to them.

5. It's a shame
I really wished at least one of the wonderful female candidate would have come out on top.

7. Well at least it isn't Gronstal.
Being active in CB, I can tell you that he can raise (and has raised) plenty of money without Harkin's help.
