1. Makes me think of my sister-in-law who always asks me
"Do you know {{name}} I think she's (or he's) a Democrat". Yep, I know every Democrat in Iowa. You bet.

2. That is astounding
Now, we just need to translate all those folks into party activists.

3. I was shocked when I walked into caucus last night and I saw...
all the people. We had twice the turnout. The upside was that one young lady that I got to register to vote for the first time in 2006 was there caucusing last night...even though it was for Clinton.
This is a young lady that when I mention prince of darkness Dick Cheney she said "who?" and I said "the vice president" and she said "Of the United States?"

I was glad to see her there last night..getting involved and taking it seriously.

5. We had the same scenario. Precincts were 2, 3, and 4 times 2004.
In fact, the leader was concerned about whether or not we were violating the fire code for capacity.

People were serious and there was a tremendous amount of talk about the present administration and how angry people were, so I think they are finally getting it. I told one guy that if he would sit down and read what's available on the Internet that the media isn't telling him, he would really be angry. He couldn't imagine being angrier than he already is.

The GE is going to be something else, if we are allowed one.

4. Compare that number to the Republicans -- if this had been an election
the Repubs would have been creamed.

We have to keep these numbers up! and make them higher.
