Voting weirdness in INDY - story

"Sadler accused the company that supplies the county's voting equipment, Election Systems and Software (ES&S) of lying and a cover-up. ES&S? on-site project manager, Wendy Orange, blew the whistle on her employer. Orange informed Sadler last Friday that ES&S installed illegal software for the November election, and recently replaced it with legal software."


I think they got their illegal/legals messed up. I thought from hearing this on TV that it was OK and then the company came in and replaced the software with a non-approved version.

There has been other weird stuff, too.

So the channel 8 website has a poll. Something like:

1) I am confident in voting

2)I am doubtful about voting

3)I'm not going to vote


The implication being that the whole process is such a mess - why bother.

It all seems very bad.

Call Lugar and Bayh and whomever your Rep is and ask them to sponsor/support the bills in Congress right now for voting reform. See my sig :D
